Beyond the Instructional Functions of Teachers: A Phenomenological Study

This study explored the lived experiences of elementary teachers with multiple ancillary functions and how they are coping their assignments. A qualitative-transcendental phenomenology method research was utilized, informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Findings revealed such as time management, work stress, teacher productivity. Meanwhile, in terms cope challenges having functions, specified that planning ahead time, collaborating colleagues, being positive workplace ways used to alleviate pressure experiencing. Lastly, uttered building harmonious relationship mindset, offering financial support, coming up working schedule could help address
